CONNELLY / CWB WARRANTY POLICY & PROCEDURE

The following policies exist for Connelly, CWB and Accessories.
Skis, Wakeboards and Bindings:

2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: Connelly Skis, CWB Wakeboards and bindings are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years, see exceptions noted below.
*Excluded in the limited warranty is damage due to misuse, improper care, torn finger holes on bindings, freight damage, handle impact damage and bottom abrasions.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: If a Connelly Ski or CWB Wakeboard fails due to defective materials or workmanship after the original warranty period, it will, at manufacturer’s option, be replaced at one half the current retail price or repaired at cost. This limited lifetime warranty is in effect for as long as the original owner keeps the ski. It is not transferable. Damage due to misuse or improper care is excluded.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY PERFORMANCE: Please refer to Connelly / CWB return authorization policy.
Skis and Wakeboards returned under this limited warranty will be replaced or repaired at the option of the Connelly factory. To the extent any provision of this warranty is prohibited by federal, state or municipal law and cannot be pre-empted, it shall be applicable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. All Connelly Skis and CWB Wakeboards must be purchased from an authorized Connelly dealer for warranty to be validated.

*EXCEPTIONS TO 2-YEAR WARRANTY: Honeycomb jumpers are warranted for one year. Honeycomb Jumpers are also covered under the limited lifetime warranty. The Razr and Blackjack Wakesurfers have a lightweight construction just like a surfboard and does not have a warrantee.

ACCESSORIES
Accessories include: vests, bags, ski and wakeboard covers, swimwear, jackets, tops, hats, t-shirts and gloves. See separate warranty for tubes.
Connelly accessories are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Damage due to misuse or improper care is excluded.

TUBES
CONNELLY SKIS, INC., Warrants, to the original purchaser only, when their products are used for normal on-the-water recreational purposes, that all Connelly tubes are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Connelly will inspect all warranty claims and in the event of a defect, will repair or replace the defective part(s) or the entire item, at its option. The purchaser must ship the product POSTAGE PREPAID to Connelly Skis, Inc.
This warranty does not cover: FAILURE OF THE TUBE CAUSED BY OVER INFLATION, TEARS, CUTS OR SNAGS OBTAINED DURING NORMAL USE; USE BY SUMMER CAMP OPERATIONS; ITEMS INVOLVED IN ACCIDENTS AND OTHER UNREASONABLE USES OR IMPROPER STORAGE.
Punctures in the tube can easily be repaired with the patch kit provided. Bright colors may fade and possibly have some discoloration from exposure to the sunlight. This is not covered under warranty.

WETSUITS
All Connelly/ CWB wetsuits are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in MATERIALS and WORKMANSHIP for a period of one year form the date of purchase. Under this warranty, Connelly will REPAIR or REPLACE, at its option, the defective part or parts deemed by the factory to be defective due to materials or workmanship. To obtain warranty performance, attach to the product your name, address, telephone number and description of the problem. Warranty service on Connelly wetsuits will be done only at the Connelly Warehouse in Lynnwood, WA, and freight at that point must be prepaid by the owner. Connelly will return all wetsuits covered under the warranty, freight prepaid, by a method of its choice, at no charge to the owner.
